Not too long after opening in 2025, Brickhouse Alpine Kitchen was dubbed the “Chicken Shack” by the locals of Nederland, CO. Located on the East side of 1st St, Brickhouse Alpine Kitchen is serving rotisserie chicken, chicken tenders, French fries, salads, sandwiches, beer/wine, and more! Opened 7 days week from 12pm – 8pm.
